How Does it Compare? With Rachel Krider, Part Two
In this continuing blog series, Prosperity of Life co-founder Shane Krider interviews his wife, Rachel Krider, about how her experiences with this company compares to experiences she’s had in the past.

But there is no guarantee. You get what you get; some people’s results are better than what’s normal within the business.
Rachel Krider
Right, there’s averages and some people are above average and others are a little bit below average.
Shane Krider
But at the end of the day, you’ve seen the consistent activity on the front end does in fact create the result on the back end. If you want to be somebody that’s making $500,000 a year versus $100,000 a year, there is a formula to follow and it becomes a choice to be able to earn income at that level. If you’re starting your own business there isn’t a proven system.
Rachel Krider
You have a lot of stuff to figure out, so you might not even know what those numbers are.
Shane Krider
Additionally, people might not know how your product is going to be received or what the sales process needs to be.
Let me ask you this: you’re successful, Lee Anne’s successful, in fact, we have a lot of females within our company that are very successful. Do women have an advantage in this business over men?
Rachel Krider
I don’t think so. Maybe there’s more women that are attracted to this type of business.
Shane Krider
Are the guys’s degree of success in this business more feminine?
Rachel Krider
No, the women don’t have an unfair advantage.
Shane Krider
So looking at Lee Anne and others who are successful as a case study and what is possible in this business, are there any final thoughts or any other things you want to bring up or bring to the table here that you think are relevant?
Rachel Krider
If I look at Lee Anne and the others, I see that they’ve immersed themselves within the process. There’s a moment where a person gets started in the business, but there’s another moment where they fall in love with the business. The way that transition sort of takes place is through immersion. What I mean by that is it’s using the product. It’s improving yourself, improving your thinking through the use of the product, and getting on our training calls,
We host four to five training calls every week headed up by the top leaders in the country for free. Getting on the phone and being able to speak with and learn from seven figure earners is actually taking advantage of that community and that training.
I see every successful person in the company has gone through that process of total immersion and really falling in love with the business to not only improve their own life, but wanting to help other people as well. It’s a common theme throughout all of our leadership members that they really want to make a difference in the world and have a positive impact.
How Does it Compare? With Rachel Krider, Part One
In this continuing blog series, Prosperity of Life co-founder Shane Krider interviews his wife, Rachel Krider, about how her experiences with this company compares to experiences she’s had in the past.
Shane Krider
I remember when I was thinking about getting started as an entrepreneur and I had these ideas that were keeping me from pulling the trigger and taking the leap. One of them was this statistic that I heard that 80% of small businesses fail within the first two years.
Rachel Krider
I heard the same one.
Shane Krider
That almost kept me out of the game. What do you think about those types of statistics? I mean, if I’m thinking about getting a business, do I listen to those statistics and do I take them seriously?
Rachel Krider
If you are someone who is simply willing to take action, then you won’t be in that 80% of businesses failing. If you’re someone who’s able to follow through and take action, then you can put yourself in the 20% of businesses that succeed.
Shane Krider
Wow, so what you’re saying is that it’s a bit of a personal choice. What do you think is different between this type of business? The marketing is figured out, there’s a system that you follow, there’s training already in place, the product has already been proven in the marketplace, and the compensation plan has been proven in the real world to produce the results. But the missing ingredient is what?
Rachel Krider
The you factor. What are you going to do with that system.
Shane Krider
So you’re applying yourself to this system, do the statistics play less of a role in a business like this than if I was going to try to start my own dress shop?
Rachel Krider
Absolutely because the formula is already figured out. The system is already developed — from the scripts to the training, everything is there. You’ve basically got to plug in and start playing and playing at a level that’s going to get a result. We’ve put forth the required level of activity in terms of how many people you should be speaking to each day, each week, or each month to actually have a prediction of how many sales will pop out the other side.
Lee Anne said as long as she’s consistent on the front end with her activity, then the business is consistent on the back end with the number of sales. I found that to be true as well. I actually had the benefit to see what happened with the statistics on the back end and literally every single person who is consistent within the business for 12 months, they absolutely produce the result out the other side.
